“An Invisible Thread”-
To stop Sylar from seeing the president, Nathan does what he can as they face off. Matt must go the extra effort to keep with his family. Hiro finds out that getting his ability back causes side effects.
“I Am Sylar”-
The heroes decide it would be best to join together and Sylar ends up having identity issues. To take down Building 26, Hiro and Ando work together. Matt makes major changes as being a father has changed his outlook.
“1961″-
In this episode we finally get the story on Angela. She uncovers her past and reveals dark secrets that have bothered her for a long time. Mohinder finds out about how his father worked in a government operation.
“Turn And Face The Strange”-
Danko spearheads the anti-superhuman and someone close to him is put in the line of fire. HRG’s life gets worse and his marriage is about over. Ando and Hiro are still on their trip to deliver Matt Parkman’s baby. Will this baby change Matt forever?
“Into Asylum”-
Nathan’s operation is no longer controlled by him anymore after he told everybody about his ability. Claire and him decide it’s best to hide out in Mexico. Danko gets to take over control of the operation with a partner. Angela and Peter are hiding in a church and decide to spend time together working on their connection.
“Cold Snap”-
We find out who the Rebel is in this episode. Also Noah hopes that Tracey will show them the way to where Rebel is at. Hiro and Ando carry on with the assignment giving by Rebel. It is to make sure the new hero stays safe.
“Shades of Gray”-
The least expected happens when Sylar re-unites with his father. Also The Hunter tries to be in command of Nathan’s operation and to find out about what the Petrelli family has been hiding.
“Exposed”-
After a tip from “Rebel”, Matt and Peter hurry to rescue Daphne and find evidence that may expose the government’s plans to capture those with powers. Sylar uncovers the truth about his mother from past memories on his father, while the Hunter hatches an explosive plan of his own.
“Cold Wars”-
HRG is put through Matt Parkman’s unique brand of interrogation, enlightening how he became mixed up with Nathan’s govt. plan to imprison those with abilities. In the meantime, Matt’s findings bring Peter close with The Hunter.
“Building 26″-
The president wants an investigation which shows Nathan’s plans. Nathan’s agents are looking for Luke and Sylar who are looking Sylar’s father. Claire decides to help guard a young guy with his abilities.
